Megapixel Vandal Resistant Day/Night Infra-Red Dome Camera with Vari-Focal Lens
The E-ULTRA-272HDA is a new generation 2 Megapixel day/night HDCVI dome camera with IR illumination for general surveillance use.
It's vandal-resistant dome housing and IP67 weatherproof rating makes it suitable for indoor or outdoor installations.
Constructed of die-cast aluminium, the camera can be ceiling or wall mounted with the optional bracket. It is ideally suited for areas where the camera is exposed to tampering or abuse. This includes low hanging ceilings, eye-level wall mounting for entrances, search cubicles, public spaces and more.
Designed for surface mounting, the E-ULTRA-272HDA is available with an optional wall mount bracket.
Inside the vandal resistant housing is a 2 megapixel colour day/night CMOS camera utilising a new generation low light CMOS Sensor. Video resolution provided is upto 1920x1080 in HDCVI mode or 800TVL when the analog output is used. Camera OSD menu functions can be adjusted remotely over the co-ax.
WIDE DYNAMIC RANGE
The E-ULTRA-272HDA features true-wide dynamic range of 120dB making it ideal for surveillance situations with harsh backlight, as well as retail applications with reflective tiles and situations where multiple light sources are in operation.
HDCVI OR ANALOG VIDEO OUTPUT
A unique feature of the E-ULTRA-272HDA, is it's switchable video output. For legacy systems, the camera can be configured to provide standard analog PAL composite video. For users wanting to harness the Full HD megapixel quality, users can select the HDCVI output and connect this to one of our HDCVI DVRs.
MOTORISED FOCUS VARI-FOCAL LENS
The dome's vari-focal lens adjustment means the installer can manually adjust the focal length of the lens to suit his application. An extremely interesting feature of this camera is it's motorised focus lens function. This allows the camera to automatically focus and adjust when different light sources are used (i.e visible (day), or IR (integrated). Lens adjustment is done remotely over the co-ax via the DVR menu making it easier for the installer or client to adjust.
A day/night switch over circuit converts the camera from colour to black and white when the light level drops below a certain level. This also activates the infra-red illumination which provides illumination for an effective distance up to 15 metres. With a special mechanical IR-cut filter, the E-ULTRA-272HDA is able to provide accurate color images during the day and IR sensitive images at night.
