Regional Sales Manager (East Rand) – Alarms, Housing Estates/Complexes
Security Professionals (Pty) Ltd (SecPros) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Alarms, Housing Estates/Complex Sales, to Identify and secure new business, within the security / housing estate market. Liaise with housing estates and new complexes (domestic and commercial) on providing comprehensive security solutions, i.e. Guarding, Electronic security systems alarm installation, monitoring, armed response, patrols, CCTV, access control etc. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: ____________________________________________ - Grade 12 - Marketing diploma or Degree advantageous - Knowledge of the guarding industry and electronic security systems - Drivers Licence – Code 8 with own vehicle essential - Previous alarm and/or security guarding sales experience with exceptional track record - Maintain existing relationships with developers, housing estates / security complexes etc. Main Duties and Responsibilities: ____________________________________ - Identify potential new business via leads, planned prospecting, networking and cold calling. - Build relationships with developers of new housing / security estates and commercial complexes and sell our comprehensive range of products and services. - Encourage new home owners in housing estates/security complexes to purchase SecPros products/services. - Build relationships with managing agents, trustees and body corporates - Attend HOA/Estate operational meetings. - Build relationships with security related contractors (e.g. fencing, access control) - Obtain endorsements from customers for SecPro’s. - Advise and assist operations managers with site specific SOP’s and Training requirements for specific sites. - Perform site surveys to assess needs, quote preparation and presentation. - Ensure follow up and after sales site visits. - Assess changing customer’s needs/security trends through discussions with customer / developers and project managers. - Attend meetings with the SecPro's Management Committee to report back on leads/self -generated leads/new business opportunities and track of growth as per business plan. - Attend sponsored events, networking and community events to promote company image and public relations. - Provide feedback on competitors, customer needs and security trends and advise accordingly to the Management Committee of SecPro’s. - Other duties that may be assigned by the business. - Growth of new business within the security/housing estate market The possibility and opportunity exists for this to become a director level, equity partner role based on growth and performance that the successful individual can bring to SecPro’s.
