Four men who allegedly burgled Desmond Tutu's Soweto home have appeared in court.
Themba Nkosi (24), Andile Munyai (25), Themba Ntuli (39) and Dumisani Nene (22) were remanded yesterday and are set to appear again in the Orlando Magistrate's Court on June 22.
The four are alleged to have broken into the archbishop emeritus's Orlando West home on Sunday and stolen, among others things, Tutu's Nobel Peace Prize medal and his Martin Luther King Jr medal. Police later recovered the medals. - Poloko Tau
