Securex South Africa 2017 was a great success. The feedback received from exhibitors was extremely positive. The show attracted a high quality audience with thousands of visitors attending over the three days. Hundreds of sales leads were generated, major sales were made from the stands and existing customers had the opportunity to see live demonstrations on security and fire products brought in exclusively for the show. By the end of day 2, exhibitors had already booked their stand for the 2018 show.

Launched on the eve of democracy in South Africa, Securex is the only trade exhibition (with the widest range of products and services) that has been serving the SA market for 25 years. The exhibition was launched in 1993 in response to a growing need in the country for greater participation from the private sector to undertake a supporting role to the government owned police and defence forces. The exhibition has grown in stature and renown in the intervening years and is today the largest security and fire trade show of its kind on the continent.
