Operations and Communication
Operations being the key focus area of our business is manned and controlled by a dedicated, disciplined and experienced team.
Effective communication is vital in the Security industry and our 24 hour control centre receives and transmits messages spontaneously via our own radio communication network, or telephonically.
Responsible operational staff are dispatched immediately in emergencies, while patrolling supervisors communicate with each security officer via the mobile radio units, telephonically or by personal visits at random, where each premises is patrolled. Security checks are carried out as well as security records checked, and follow-ups are undertaken with clients where necessary.
