Guarding:
 
Access and egress control

Searching, reception, key control, checking ID cards / biometrics, and providing escorts.
Patrols. These may be static, mobile or foot patrols.

Stock control

Presence and control at weighbridges / bays, storage control, inventory control, audits and checks, and investigations.

Warehousing

Security officers are present at receiving, inventory and despatch points.

Monitoring:

24-hour control centres

Depending on customers’ needs and requirements, control centres may be equipped with CCTV, alarms (including fire, environmental attacks and intrusion warnings) and tracking facilities. The service further includes response, intelligence, operational, and logistical and inter-site support.

24-hour site-specific control rooms

Site-specific control room services ensure customers of 24-hour site supervision, after-hours telephone services, site management, site and manpower monitoring.

Fire risk management:

This includes fire risk assessment and prevention surveys, system design, implementation, maintenance and management, emergency planning and reaction, hazardous waste control and spill management, fire team training and employee fire training.

OMEGA cash management services comprise a range of activities aimed at reducing the risks of customers whose business involve the holding of large amounts of cash on their premises, transporting money to and from banks, as well as to points of delivery and collection.

Cash management:

Cash in transit

Appropriately trained and equipped personnel collect cash and other valuables for transportation. Vehicles are fitted with state-of-the art equipment, and are constantly monitored from our control centres.

Cash processing

Custom-built cash centres, and managed according to customers’ requirements, eg money can be collected from various centres and be consolidated and processed for banking the next day.

Wage packaging

OMEGA provides a complete employee payroll service.

Overnight storage

OMEGA offers secure vault storage facilities where customers may store cash containers and valuables overnight for due transportation, as instructed.
